  • I accept most major insurance plans via Alma and Headway. These health insurance plans include: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, and Optum.

  • If you are not in-network with insurance, my out-of-pocket fees are $195/session. I also offer sliding scale options.

    I also utilize Mentaya, a platform that allows for me to send you a superbill for our sessions that may be eligible for OOP reimbursement.

  • I offer weekly and biweekly therapy at the moment. I recommend we start with weekly therapy first to honor our clinical work together. If we both agree that biweekly is clinically a better fit, then we can revisit scheduling.

    Our work together also includes agreeing to a 24-hour cancellation policy. To avoid being charged the missed session fee, sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. This also helps ensure your session remains eligible for insurance coverage/and reimbursement.

    I offer a 15-minute grace period. After the 15-minute mark, a no-show or any late cancellation will also be subject to the missed session fee.

  • I offer audiovisual, telehealth services via Zoom on a protected-call. All you’ll need to do is show-up at the time of our session.

  • At the moment, I only offer virtual telehealth. When this changes, I’d certainly let you know!

  • As the classic saying goes: slow and steady wins the race.

    Therapy isn’t about winning anything (just to be clear). My intention is for you to fully receive all that you can and need from our work together. If that changes, we’ll discuss that when the time comes and honor decisions that are made for your own betterment. Again, your progress is relative to you. I’m here to help you recognize and witness that in however that translates for you.

  • I’m a relational therapist - this means that our work is highly impactful by built from the authenticity, security, and honesty that is shared in our therapeutic space.

    If you feel unsure about our work in therapy, we will explore with much curiosity to navigate any defenses, questions, and confusions very openly and intentionally.
